This review will be somewhat short and sweet. Instead of stressing over the perfect testimonial, I'm going to post a good enough one because getting this out there to you, the potential reader, is more important than me finding the time to express everything I want to express.I am a top agent in a very competitive real estate market and have been in business for over 20 years. For the first 15 years, I followed a combination of my own instincts (which were often rebellious and heretical to the so-called "best practices" of the biz) and then on the opposite side, feeling the pressure to conform from the agents, managers, coaches, mentors, and following said "best practices." A life-long learner, I've always done coaching, classes, reading and other ways to improve myself. And there have been some very valuable lessons along the way.And yet, as my success grew, so did my burnout. Then one day a fellow agent told me about a conference in LA where this real estate coach, Steve Shull, would be speaking with a best selling author and former lead FBI hostage negotiator, Chris Voss. Well, I went, and it is not an understatement to say that the course of my life and career was forever changed.Starting then and continuing on the past few years, I have fully embraced this practice of tactical empathy, even beginning to coach other agents on the benefits for themselves and their clients. If you embrace what they teach, you will find that --- over time --- because it does take time, you're business will be more satisfying and you will have deeper, more fulfilling relationships with your clients. This will also mean less wasted time, less burn out, and most likely, more profit or at least, less time to make the same money as before. That is up to you!You will respect your clients more and they will respect you more in return. This style of communication is actually win-win.It's been an incredible journey and we are still just beginning. Thank you, Steve and thank you, Chris. With deep gratitude, Danielle. The Full Fee Agent: How to Stack the Odds in Your Favor as a Real Estate Professional Online eBook PDF read pdf While I was reading this book I was involved in some serious negotiations for an inspection notice for my sellers. I was ready to concede 1% from my commission just to help the deal going and to close. The authors say this is the easy way like most real estate agents do and have done for years. I took their advise stuck to my negotiating skills and earned my full commission! I would recommend it to anyone in real estate or in a commission based sales industry. PDF The Full Fee Agent: How to Stack the Odds in Your Favor as a Real Estate Professional english ebook When I read Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss at the beginning of my real estate career, I thought that if only someone could write a book like that specifically designed for real estate advisors, that would be it, period. Well, Steve Shull and Chris Voss did just that! This is an absolute must-read, read, and reread for anyone who genuinely cares about leveling up their service as a real estate advisor. This is my real estate bible, cutting all the noise surrounding us, real estate professionals -- alongside Ninja Selling by Larry Kendall. Although the latter operates within the new and powerful Favorite/Fool paradigm, and the former operates in the more traditional Value paradigm, they wonderfully and unexpectedly complement each other. ePUB The Full Fee Agent: How to Stack the Odds in Your Favor as a Real Estate Professional sito di download I saw the title and assumed it was just another gimmicky script. But a colleague took the time to read the book and strongly recommended it. I couldn’t agree more. It’s no gimmick. It involves a fundamental reappraisal of one’s whole approach. What are you actually selling. Seriously. Figure that out and then trust yourself and earn your client’s trust. Nonnegotiable. Download PDF The Full Fee Agent: How to Stack the Odds in Your Favor as a Real Estate Professional I really enjoyed the book finished it in 2 nights.it do goes a lot into practice and scripts and not just theory as lots of books areI recommend it to anyone in the business the favourite or fool theory seems to aply only when you start getting many calls from sellers(even as 2 year agent can dream of getting it), most of the times you need to initiate the call(cold call) you are most of the time a "fool" but as new agents you cant allow your self not to go to presentions in this situations because seller will not just start calling you and choose you, 97% of the times they dont even know you, so yeah sometiemes you need to play at the 10% win rate tables dont feel bad about it as the book can make you feelbut it do have lots of great info about tactical empathy, I recommend it to new agents as well just dont kick you self for playing in the fool table
